SUMMARY:The Rock Children's Business Fair
DESCRIPTION:Observe the opportunity for Kodiak children to launch their very own startup business this Mother’s Day weekend!\nKids develop a brand\, create a product or service\, build a marketing strategy\, and then open for customers at our one-day marketplace. \nThe Rock Educational Group will host children-run businesses at their fourth annual event in St. Mary’s gym on Saturday May 9th\, 2026 from 10AM – 1PM.\nThis event is sponsored by Acton Academy\, the Acton School of Business\, and the generous support of our donors and volunteers. We all believe that principled entrepreneurs are heroes and role models for the next generation.\nWhether an entrepreneur is famous like Elon Musk or Oprah Winfrey or they are one of the thousands of unsung business owners across this country\, these are the people who make sacrifices to innovate\, create jobs and serve their communities.\n\n\nFB event link: https://www.facebook.com/share/1LW2ikjdQz/\n\nWebsite for kid vendors to register (we still have spots available!): https://www.childrensbusinessfair.org/kodiak-alaska
