Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony

November 29, 2025 @ 4:30 pm

Join us for the City of Kodiak’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Kick off the holiday season with the City of Kodiak, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Harbor Master as we light up the town.

Celebrate with us on Small Business Saturday, November 29 at 4:30 p.m. at the Harbormaster’s Office for an evening filled with festive activities, warm beverages, and community cheer. Enjoy live holiday music from local carolers and the Kodiak High School Band, and take in special dance performances by Next Step Dance. Santa will make a holiday visit, and Harborside Coffee will be serving hot chocolate, coffee, and cider. Fresh cookies from Java Flats will also be available.

Bring your family, friends, and holiday spirit—and help us welcome the season as we light up Kodiak together.
