At Double Shovel Cider Kodiak we love cider…and we want YOU to love cider too.

Double Shovel Cider Co. is Alaska’s first micro-cidery, founded in Anchorage in 2015 and named after the prized double shovel caribou.  The Kodiak location opened in May 2022 to share our love of cider with the local community and create a welcoming space for people to gather.

All our refreshing ciders are naturally gluten-free and made on site using the perfect selection of apples from Alaska & the Pacific Northwest.  From dry to semi-sweet, we offer a wide selection of ciders and craft beverages made with real ingredients including fruit, hops, botanicals, and teas that enhance the flavor profiles and tasting experience.  We also feature unique cider cocktails that blend our handcrafted syrups with our ciders for a sipping experience you won’t find anywhere else.  With our specialty non-alcoholic craft beverages and mocktails ciders also available, there is truly something for everyone at Double Shovel Cider Kodiak.
